Our Impact

Turning skills into livelihoods,

one learner at a time.

Sustainable change begins with practical skills, opportunity and community support. This is where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and who we’re building with.

Students who trained with us now run their own salons.

Some of our former students have gone on to establish and operate their own salons and beauty businesses — proof that a practical skill, taught well, can become a livelihood.

For us, this is more than skills training. It’s about equipping people with practical knowledge that contributes to self-reliance, income generation and sustainable livelihoods.

Disability shouldn't decide who gets to learn.

Through our door-to-door skills training, we reach people living with disabilities who may face barriers to attending traditional training centers. We bring practical skills directly to them, in an environment that’s accessible and supportive.

Our goal is simple: disability should never prevent someone from accessing skills, knowledge and opportunity.

Experimenting with new skills the community can use.

We’re continually looking for practical ways to respond to community needs — including developing skills in shampoo making and other practical products, to strengthen our training and open up small-scale income generation.

Learning, experimentation and innovation help communities find solutions using the resources already available to them.
