Together We Shine —

Building Skills, Health, Disability and Empowerment for Women and Youth

At Women Shine Organization, we put Skills Training and Capacity Building at the heart of everything we do. By equipping women, girls, youth, and persons with disabilities with essential skills and knowledge, we empower them to improve livelihoods, make informed choices, and participate fully in their communities. Through this foundation, we deliver programs in Health & Wellness—covering menstrual hygiene, nutrition, and inclusive health workshops—and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)—providing education, outreach, and advocacy on reproductive health, family planning, and healthy relationships.
